Jonathan Stähler is the owner of intellectual property rights or owns all usage rights on all elements accessible on the site, especially texts, images, graphism, logo, icons, sounds, software. All reproductions, representations, publications, adaptations of all or part of the site elements, whatever mean or processes used, is forbidden, except written authorisation from Jonathan Stähler. Every non authorised site utilisation for any elements included shall be considered as constitutive of a counterfeit and pursued in accordance to articles L.335-2 and followings of the Code de Propriété Intellectuelle. 

6-RESPONSIBILITY LIMITATIONS

Jonathan Stähler can’t be held accountant for direct or indirect damages caused to user material, when accessing the site www.atres.fr, and resulting either from material usage not responding to specifications indicated in point 4, or bug apparition or an incompatibility. Jonathan Stähler can’t also be held accountant for indirect damages (like a market loss or chance loss) following www.atres.fr site usage. In France, personal data are notably protected by the law n° 2004-801 dated on August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Code pénal and the Directive Européenne dated on october 24, 1995.
