PRIOR NOTICE

Any guest house booking is subject to pay out the totality of the stay.

Nevertheless, you have the possibility to modify or cancel your stay, without penalties, up to 7 days before your arrival. To that end, you are invited to rapidly send your modification or cancelation request by post or mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

BOOKING CONTRACT

Article 1 – Object

This contract is destined to guest house booking. You will be informed on how to access to the guest house after reservation.

Article 2 – Stay duration

The customer signatory of the present contract concluded for a determined duration and can’t under any circumstances claim a right to maintain presence in the location.

Article 3 – Réservation et contract conclusion

The booking becomes effective when the customer proceeds to the payment of the entire stay. Prices includes VAT and includes tourist tax.

Article 4 – Customer cancelation

Any cancelation has to be sent by mail or e-mail with receipt acknowledgement 24 hours before the booking date. If not, the owner will keep the full amount paid.

Article 5 – Owner cancelation

In case of force majeure, the owner can cancel a booking. In this case, he shall inform the customer by registered letter or e-mail with receipt acknowledgement.

The customer without prejudging any appeal of damages reimbursement, will be reimbursed the paid booking amount.

Article 6 – Arrival and departure

The customer should arrive the first booking day after 15h and leave the place before 10h the last day of booking.

Article 7 – Premise usage

The customer has to respect the quiet character of the place and use it according to its destination. He commits to render the guest house in good shape et has to declare all damages he would be responsible of and assume reparation costs. It is reminded that the customer should not take away any object present in the guest house. If appropriated, the owner shall invoice missing articles.

The entire guest house is a non-smoking area, an ashtray can be found outside.

Article 8 – Capacity

The present contract is established for a precise number of persons. If the number of customers would exceed this number, the owner has the right to refuse the additional customers.

This refusal shall not be considered neither as a contract modification nor a contract cancellation at owner’s initiative.

Article 9 – Animaux

A maximum of 2 pets are admitted with an additional price.
